Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using YT Galaxy ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may modify these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of the Service

YT Galaxy is an invite-only YouTube research and production platform run by a creator for a small number of client channels. It includes:

• Channel performance tracking and competitor research
• Content ideation, format intelligence and AI-assisted insights
• A client portal for tasks, updates, usage and invoices
• An optional desktop editor for clients granted access

3. Accounts

Accounts are created by invitation after an application is accepted. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information in your application and account
• Keep your Google account credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Not share your account or the desktop application with others

4. YouTube API Services

YT Galaxy uses YouTube API Services. By using the Service you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke our access to your YouTube data at any time in your Google security settings.

5. Fees and invoices

Work and usage are invoiced as agreed during onboarding. Invoices are issued through Stripe and are due by the date shown on the invoice. AI usage attributed to your channel is shown in your portal.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Do not attempt to access other users' data or our systems
• Do not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Service or the desktop application
• Do not use the Service to infringe others' intellectual property

7. Intellectual property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are owned by YT Galaxy. Content you create with the Service (ideas, notes, plans, videos produced for your channel) remains yours; you grant us a limited license to store and process it to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Analytics may be incomplete, AI-generated insights are suggestions only, and results on YouTube depend on many factors beyond our control.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YT GALAXY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

Either party may end the engagement at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for conduct that violates these Terms. Upon termination your right to use the Service ceases.
